The Sheds will be home to an ecosystem of mutually supportive tenancies ranging from 64sqm kiosks to 2,377sqm mini majors, with childcare and health services planned to support the growing area, and parking for 478 vehicles.

The combination of a full-line Coles supermarket, liquor store, fast-food retailer McDonalds, a mix of specialty retailers, essential services, fuel and convenience stores, and food and beverage operators will create a vibrant place for the community to shop, work and play.
